In other news, scientists are finally moving beyond pesky notions about right and wrong all in the name of science and progress. Who needs to worry about destroying the earth when our scientists need real data.
Check out The Onion's report on this new wave of scientific research! I can't wait to find out what science will discover from the Large Earth Collider. We are truly living in marvelous times!

Now, if we could get them to produce all our news, I just might start watching it.

Apparently United Airlines Breaks Guitars
Hello to all you who fly the friendly skies. This is what happens when someone who is creative gets upset because you tossed his Taylor guitar across the tarmac. I hope this gets re posted on a billion websites.
Personally, I've flown with my Taylor guitar and had no problems; but, I've never flown with my guitar on United. I guess I'll stick with South West. United can go suck eggs.
Apparently, United has no idea about the great sacrilege that it has committed. Maybe I'll pass this along to Bob Taylor and see if we can start a Taylor boycott of United. Wouldn't that be grand? HAHAHAHAHA (evil conspiratorial laugh). Taylor owners unite (no pun intended)! Let us bring low the mighty airline who dares to break our precious guitars into tiny piecies. Let them feel your mighty displeasure! Better yet, all Taylor owners should make videos of our guitar nightmares on airlines! Post them on the internet and name names! Wage a terrible war against the evil oppressors who snap our guitar necks!

More Musical Greatness
One of the great things about the internet is that from time to time you can find some great stuff. I have never heard of the Ukulele Orchestra of GB, but if they ever come to your area don't miss their show.

Separate Ways--Literal Video Version
Ah, how this video brings back happy memories of my mis-spent youth. Why did I ever like this crap? Oh yeah, now I remember...it was the 80's; we were all nuts!

Happy Easter!
Today I'm recovering from a very busy Lent and Easter at Holy Name. It seems like this season is so busy that after it is all over I can only feel a sense of relief. However, that doesn't mean that I don't enjoy celebrating with the whole church that Jesus Christ is indeed risen.
Each year as we progress through the Liturgical cycle we are called to draw ourselves deeper into the mystery of Christ's passion, death and resurrection. What an awesome privilege to know that God loves us so much that he was willing to die so that we might be free and able to live with Him for eternity.
